Registration
In order to attend the symposium, registration must be made by sending the form. You may either send your registration form by web or by fax as shown below. Please note that the number of applicants reaches the enrollment limit, the reigistration will be closed.
Registration by Web
- Click this link to browse the reigstration form.
- Input the necessary items and click the 'Send' button.
- An auto-response email will delivered to your email address.
- Bring the printout of the auto-response (confirmation) eamil to the onsite registration desk.
Registration by Fax
- Click this link to download the registration form in PDF format.
- Print out the form, then fill it out.
- Transmit it by fax to: APEC-IP Symposium Registration Secretary (+81-3-3263-8687).
- A response fax will be sent to your FAX number (in a couple of days after your transmission).
- Bring the FAX to the onsite registration desk.
